Czech and Slovak regional information and social centre of Púchov's valley
About the project:
It is a common investment of villages Horní Lideč (Czech republic) an Dohňany. Time of realization: august 2005 - may 2006. It is based on initiative of association INTERREG III., Slovak and Czech republik, named Czech and Slovak regional information and social centre of Púchov's valley.
Expenses of the project: 5,6 mil Sk
Purpose of the project:
- expansion of economic activities in tourism
- better information about sightseeing on both sides of the border between Czech and Slovak republic
- increasing communication with village Horní Lideč and common prepering of cultur and sport events.
Information centre nowadays:
The opening ceremony took place on the 22nd of may 2006. The centre is open and offers information about leisure time opportunities, sport and cultural events in region Púchov's valley and Hornolidečsko.
